CUSTOMER APPRECIATION PROGRAM

Customer service is our number one priority here at American Eagle Harley-Davidson/Buell. We recognize that you – the customer - are the most important piece of our business. With that in mind, we created the American Eagle Harley-Davidson/Buell Customer Appreciation Program or what we like to call CAP. This program is free of charge, it just provides benefits for you. The benefits of joining our Customer Appreciation Program include:

AMERICAN EAGLE DOLLARS
Members will receive American Eagle dollars, (AKA CAP Points), equivalent to 5% of their purchase total. The American Eagle dollars do not include the purchase of new and previously-owned motorcycles, service contracts, warranties, Rider's Edge Tuition, wreck repairs and insurance. Members will receive a CAP card and two key tags which are used at the CAP kiosks inside the dealership. By swiping the card, you can view your CAP points earned. Points can accumulate for a full year. Any points not used within a year of first purchase will be erased. The CAP Points may be used toward the purchase of any MotorClothes merchandise, motorcycles, parts and accessories or service in the store.

MONTHLY EMAIL NEWSLETTER
Members will receive the American Eagle Harley-Davidson/Buell email newsletter. The newsletter will keep members informed about upcoming events at the dealership, special dealership promotions, local motorcycle events, and other information about the motorcycle community. You must provide us with your email when activating your card to receive our emails.

DEALERSHIP MAILERS
Members will receive all dealership direct mailers advertising monthly events in the store and upcoming promotions.

Activation and CAP Points Earned
To join our program, you must sign up during your next visit in the dealership. It's FREE and as simple as giving us your name, address and email. Once you receive your CAP card, activate it by just clicking on Activate Card below. To view your CAP points earned, enter your information below. The use of this information will be restricted to the dealership and Harley-Davidson Motor Company.
